These regulations ensure a disciplined and professional learning environment for all students and faculty.
1. Admission & Enrollment
Admission to the Alhamd Institute for Skills Development (AISD) is granted based on merit and eligibility. Applicants must provide authentic documentation. Any discrepancy found in the provided academic records or personal identification may lead to immediate disqualification.
- Submission of a signed admission form implies acceptance of all institute rules.
- Enrollment is considered provisional until the registration with relevant professional bodies is confirmed.
2. Fee & Refund Policy
Payment Schedule:
Fees must be cleared by the 10th of every month. Late payments are subject to a fine as per the management's decision.
Refund Terms:
Registration and admission fees are non-refundable. Tuition fees may only be refunded if a written request is made before the batch commences.
3. Code of Conduct
To maintain the prestige of the institute, students are expected to adhere to the following:
- Maintaining a minimum of 75% attendance is mandatory for appearing in mock exams.
- Strict adherence to the campus dress code and professional behavior.
- Mobile phone usage is strictly prohibited during lectures and lab sessions.
- Any damage to the lab equipment or institute property will be charged to the student responsible.
Academic Integrity
AISD serves as a facilitator for professional certifications. While we provide the highest standard of training, final certifications are subject to the rules and results of independent examination bodies (e.g., ACCA, ICAP, or Technical Boards).
4. Right to Amend
The management of AISD reserves the right to amend these terms, course structures, or fee levels at any time. Changes will be notified via the official notice board or the institute's digital portal.
